ABOUT ME
As an Executive, I have worked intimately in building and maintaining IT Infrastructure, Security, and QA Teams. I have planned and implemented additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting company-wide infrastructure in coordination with corporate leadership. I oversee the implementation of network security at the corporate and production levels, cloud, data center, and remote locations. 

Part of my responsibility is to anticipate future network needs, identify proactive solutions to satisfy growth of the Business combining technologies in order to stay efficient and cost effective. I have managed corporate Help Desk Team activities and resolve escalated issues when necessary, along with developing SOP and SLA requirement s and documentation.
I have spent years establishing and building relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership. I oversee all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; work with Accounting and Financial Teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and project based spending including any capitalized expenditures. I hold responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT. 

I help ensure the department is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within the company. Effectively communicate relevant IT-related information to superiors. Within my role, I promote the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations.
